Vivian did an amazing job guiding me through the process. I can see my ideas come to life within my budget and that was a great feeling. This part of the process is never easy however Vivian made me feel heard, helped me stay focus and ultimately left me with a great feeling about every choice I made.

We just wrapped up with Casey Parise at the Design Center. She was amazingly patient and professional. Coming from somebody who is in the industry, she was a dream to work with. Yall have a great designer! Thank-you for help Casey!

They use subcontractor design people who don’t know the full product . They tell you one thing and the builder tells you another. The Homes in Woodson’s Reserve start at the basic price which is very high. Most things that houses this size have are considered upgrades and you have to pay...wood floors, granite, Painted cabinets, pull out shelving, crown molding, cabinet handles, fridge, etc. We had over 90 issues that you have to go online and make a request for a trade to come to your home. Our trim and doors were painted the wrong color. That was a nightmare. They will not do flat sheetrock on the walls.

Hope no one else is having these issues in their attic. My ac unit is sweating and water dripping down. Mold on sheet rock. Rusting throughout the attic. The house is not even 3 years old. I’ve reached out to Toll Brothers, they’re coming to look at it tomorrow but he doubts they will fix it because no more warranty.

Totally made a mess of our selections. Make sure you take pictures of EVERYTHING. The designer messed up and Toll tried to make us pay for it. NOT COOL!!Also, be prepared to ask many question. They only have pictures of layouts. They do not go into detail as to how things will really look. We weren’t told of a layout design for the kitchen, but found out it was an option when we walked the home two doors down and saw their kitchen. When we told them we wanted it that way they said it was too late. THE DC designer NEVER told us. Now we have wasted space in our kitchen.Not happy at all with Toll. Even told them to reach out on their surveys, they never did. They know they are messed up in many ways and just don’t care about it.
