Kelvin was such an amazing realtor! He was patient with us looking at several different houses and switching from renting to buying, and he was very resourceful/knowledgable. He answered all of our questions and was available when we needed him. He advocated for us as new home buyers and was able to work in gutters all around the house as well as a decrease in closing costs! We still keep in touch and plan to work with him again in the future. 10000/10 recommend!

Kelvin helped me and my wife buy our dream home. We were initially uncertain on which Houston location to settle at, but Kelvin had the answer. Found a new construction home in a perfectly located neighborhood. On top of that, right off the bat, he was able to negotiate and get us a decently sized discount. He also had connections that helped get the approval and funding process go through smoothly.Buying a house can be very stressful....from all the paperwork requirements, scheduling on appraisers, checking on progress of the build...etc, to closing. Kelvin made this daunting process go by flawlessly. He periodically checked on the house as it was being built and sent us updated pics. Throughout the whole ordeal, he checked in with us and kept us in the loop. Kelvin helped me find my first home! He is great with negotiating and is honest when helping you shop for your dream home. He answered every question I asked. As a contracted healthcare worker, I rarely stay at one agency for long which makes it a lot harder to buy a home with employment gaps. Kelvin was able to find us a lender that would work with us. This whole buying home process was just too much to handle; especially for someone that works 2 jobs. Thankfully, Kelvin made this whole process seamless from inspection to reaching out to lenders for low rates to negotiation with builder. He’s very responsive and knowledgeable.
