Stop looking around, you found the Realtor that youre looking for. I am a transplant from Denver and I interviewed over the phone 4-5 realtors over the phone to just get a feel for people. When I ran into Nicholas we hit it off right away. And simply put, he was a great realtor and and an even better dude. He found me a property that is amazing in a great location by simply listening to what I wanted to start with, even though I changed my mind a couple of times between the city and the suburbs. One of the best things about Nick is his chill factor. No, I dont mean that he is lazy and nonchalant, but that he is calm, knows the process, and knows Houston so well that while your busy panicking about everything, (this was my first home), he is busy chilling out and walking you through it. I am telling you, talk to him, give him an idea of what your looking for and he will take care of the rest. Im sure other realtors would have been descent too, but Nicholas is just a step up, so dont hesitate and thank me later.

Just made an inquiry on a loft today and received a text message 10 minutes later. It is 8:34 am. Not even a minute and 30 secs I was hung up on. I spoke to Ja’nae. She asked to speak with me on the phone and I agreed. She asked me when was my move in day was and I told her and she hung up on me for no apparent reason. I called back and it went straight to voicemail. She blocked me? I’m so confused. I told her June 5th. I am moving from Mo to Houston in 2025. Im just looking at lofts and apartments so I can know where I would like to move by then. Maybe it’s too early to look but I am very excited to move to Houston so that’s why i am looking so early. She was very rude and I am still in shocked on why she hung up on me for no reason in the middle of me giving her details about what I am looking for. Very unprofessional and shouldn’t be working here if she going to get upset for someone’s move in day. I won’t be making any more inquiries here.

We worked with Courtney H. as our rental agent. We had a 1 day time frame to view and pick an apartment for mid-June possession. She was excellent. She was also fun. She arranged viewing for 6 different places (4 our suggestions and 2 hers). She researched each place to see what units were available, at what price and what deals there were. In the end we picked a great apartment on Hermann park at a very reasonable price and she guided us all the way. My original realtor was not stellar so I decided to rent my home instead of selling it. I was already out of the state, did a quick search for a property manager. I didnt have much hope theyd be that good but it turns out I won the jackpot!I never met Scott in person but he was very responsive, made sure I understood everything, was on top of any issues at the house quickly. I often felt like I was his only customer due to the response time and patience he showed.The tenants went back and forth on buying my home and I went back and forth on if I wanted to sell to them or not. During all that time, Scott did not pressure me to sell or rent. He provided helpful guidance and information to help me make an informed decision. He also continued to follow up with the tenets.I would strongly recommend ULR Properties and Scott as a property manager and real estate agent when selling. He makes you feel as if you are his most important customer and he very obviously wants to make sure you are happy and he goes out of his way to ensure you dont have to worry about your property as you know its in good hands. If I ever have another property in his area, I will not hesitate to request his services. I have had several property managers in the past, all sub-par. Figured itd be the same but I was pleasantly surprised with top of the line service instead. Stacie was awesome and helped me out so much! Shes very knowledgeable about the properties around Houston so when I told her what I wanted, she was able to quickly compile a list for me and get information on the ones I liked the most. She came with me to tour the apartments and was able to narrow down the list by the things I said I liked and didnt like. The whole process took less than a week and the only work I really had to do was make a final decision. Even after my decision, she continued to check to make sure everything was going smoothly. It was definitely the best and least stressful experience Ive had while looking for apartments.

He will not give up until the clients find their desirable houses.I hired Eric in December 2018 to help me find a rental house. We had several options, but things happened, we didnt get any of these houses. In the next two month, Eric kept sending me instant updates and set up appointments for house tour. Although all these efforts are just for a rental house, he never complained. I would highly recommend Stacie Giroux - Stacie went out of her way before meeting me face to face to present me, via email, with options that met the criteria I was seeking - then on a beautiful Sunday afternoon when I called her out of the blue she dropped everything to show me several places that we mutually felt might be a match for my situation. I had Lindsay Carr as my apartment locator. She was amazing. I gave her a list of what I wanted in my new apartment including the price I wanted to pay. She found me my dream apartment! Once you tell them what you want in your apartment, you will get a list of apartments that meet your requirements. From there you can narrow down what your interested in, and whoever you are working with will come meet you and look at the apartments with you. ULR services are completely FREE! (They receive their money from the apartment complex you rent from.) ULR properties made my apartment search so easy. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I am a finicky person when it comes to apartments as my job required me to move annually for a while, but when I ended up settling in Texas I wanted to make sure I found the right spot that felt like home. I usually am great at finding apartments on my own, but here it was nearly impossible with the vast amount of properties and listings.Originally, I went and explored other websites like Padmapper which was reliable in other cities - but not here, and a few other local apartment hunting tools that advertised cashback for renting through us. I had three weeks to move from Connecticut to Houston for a new job. Stressed, I perused what appeared a never-ending list of realtors/brokers/deal makers. I had the pleasure of working with Angel Fultz at Urban Leasing. I reached out to the company through their wonderful website and not long after started working with Angel. The twist about this move was I had never been to Houston, but knew I wanted to take the risk and move here. I want to say Angel was professional, caring and very knowledgeable. She knew where the CrossFit gyms were located at each apartment for me. I hit her with a few curveballs changed the area I was wanting to live in and the amount I was willing to pay. Kat Plangman was absolutely fantastic to work with. Not only is she friendly, pleasant, responsive and conscientious, but she goes above and beyond what you expect from a realtor. She recognized a house that would interest us as soon as it became available and helped us get an offer in within 24 hours of seeing the property, since time was of the essence! After the offer was accepted, she was invaluable. Without us asking her to, she scheduled at least two estimates for each issue found in the inspection. Then, she followed up with a detailed spreadsheet with each partys estimate for the respective repair. I did not think this was in the job description of a realtor, so was pleasantly surprised and so grateful when she took care of this for us. She also went to the trouble of helping us make sure we knew what our choices were for cable and utilities, even though having these in place were not conditions of the sale. I had heard about Nicholas Bourgeois international perspective and generous heart for all cultures, but I had to see it for myself and boy was I happy I did. From across state boarders, he worked with me to find that needle in the haystack that people talk about. There are natives and then there are natives. What do I think of Patty Hatton? Uh..awesome!! Patty just helped me find my first home in East End Revitalized (EaDo) and I truly couldnt have asked for a better realtor and experience.I initially contacted Patty about 3 years ago, I cheated on her with other realtors..but shhhh dont tell ;-) After a couple of pressure pitches and agents who arent on top of things, I ended at her door step again. If I had known what working with her would be like, I would not have taken 3 years to make the jump! But it takes what it takes...It took me about 3 months to find a home and the space is just perfect for me! Working with her was like shopping with a knowledgeable friend. Patty is delightful to speak with and her professional style makes this process soooo painless. She helped guide me from start to finish. I didnt feel overwhelmed or nervous about making decisions..as much I could be with this process - ha! She gave me my space to decide and never pressured me.
