If I could give them zero stars I would. They moved me into an apartment that they knew was flooding and wouldn’t move me or give me my money back. There was water coming thru the lights and the walls. They are scammers from India

Very Unprofessional and non caring team.They absolutely have zero understanding about customer service and do not care about their clients needs .Do not book with them since there is no return/refund policy .They just take your money and do not care about the rest of your experience.

The stay was wonderful they have many great locations and they are super responsive I stayed in the Galleria area and it was fantastic
