Stayed for two weeks while new to the area and apt hunting. REALLY lucked out on the location, EVERYTHING is in walking distance. We found an apartment right around the corner. Hosts were very accommodating, and clearly thought of everything anyone would need in a short term rental. A++

My family came to Houston and stayed at 1712 Fairview - the apartment was perfect!! We needed ground floor with a walk in shower and 2 bedrooms - this apartment was well furnished, a good size and ideally located!! The host is always available to respond to questions and was super helpful! Will definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for 8 weeks with our dog during construction of our home close by. It was great! Any questions or concerns we had while there were immediately answered. It had everything we needed as well, not to mention during our stay, we had a baby! They were so very accommodating and would highly recommend.

One of the best stays in Houston! The location is close to lot of cool places and in the Montrose neighborhood. The apartment is pretty clean, spacious and full of all the cooking staples you’ll ever need. And Jake is a very hospitable host and just a text to help you with anything. Definitely recommend and will be back again here!

The communication, instructions, response time, and check-in process were impeccable! The property is very inviting and cozy, and you can’t beat the King Sized beds in every room. The location is a 10 min ride to everything that I wanted to do in Houston. I would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at Jakes Airbnb was quite pleasant. Jake was always easy to reach and offered helpful assistance whenever needed. He respected our privacy, which we appreciated, and was very accommodating to our large dog, which can be challenging to find in rentals.The yard was a definite plus for our dog, providing ample space for them to enjoy. Weve stayed for a month, and its amazing place, we felt in love with it. Central located, with all amenities you may need. Its also have enough space to work from home together including high speed internet. Im totally recommend Jakes space, and absolutely stay here again when visit Houston

This was such a great place. Perfect location. We stayed there over the summer and have zero complaints. Everything you need is extremely close by and only 8-10 minute drive to downtown. Jake is very attentive and helps out whenever you need it. Overall, highly recommended checking this spot out!

We stayed had a great long term stay in a 2 bedroom / 2 bath apt. It was clean, safe and Jake is super attentive and helpful. The additional street parking was also an added bonus and very safe!
