I had to pay the $50 deposit that Ive yet to get back. Was given a card and was told would be a few days before the refund could be posted. The refund posted the next day, but Ive been trying for 4 days to use it, but am told that it is a technical issue and they cant control technology. I would not trust that you will get your deposit back especially if you dont choose the time share. Plus told that they have JUST FOR THAT NIGHT offer. They said would waive the $1000 down payment. That is not true and was escorted out by the salesman when I did not want to pay it. This is a scam and the great reviews, Im am sure to be from someone that works for their company. I would not trust this.

Mark was my Rep. He was informative and not overbearing. The presentation was to the point with no hidden balls. I didn’t buy but it was no reflection on the personnel or product. It simply doesn’t work for me at this time.

This was an awesome GEVC experience with associates Rodney and trainee, Carla. They were very pleasant. They greeted me with a smile, friendliness and very knowledgeable about the travel program. Monte presented the materials vet plain and informative. No hidden secrets. I was also equally impressed with Lee, one of GEVC’s manager. He shared the financial rewards and benefits I could obtain. I felt appreciated but unfortunately I am not able to purchase a program at this time. I recommend everyone to ask for Rodney and Carla. They are fabulous and easy to talk to. Thank you GEVC. Being able to take a Cabo San Lucas trip was beyond my expectations and GEVC is allowing me to make these trips for my family affordable. Great customer service from everyone involved made this decision a no brainer.

“SCAM” I urge you to exercise caution and avoid engaging with this company. I believe their practices to be deceptive and exploitative.They entice individuals with seemingly attractive offers and presentations, but once you commit, it becomes exceedingly difficult to extricate yourself. My spouse and I joined last year and have been paying substantial monthly, annual, and maintenance fees. Despite these payments, we have been unable to utilize any of their resorts.I have repeatedly contacted them to cancel our membership, but they have made the process incredibly challenging. I am struggling to make payments for a service that provides no benefit.Please do not share your personal information, especially your Social Security Number, with this company. I believe them to be fraudulent and am in the process of reporting them to the appropriate authorities.

I attended the presentation on 1/11/2025, signed up, and decided to cancel the very next day on 1/12 after doing some research. I sent emails to Kyra Quinones on 1/13 and 1/14, as well as to Hunter Quinn, the person who signed us up, but received no response. I’ve also left multiple voicemails, sent texts, and followed up via email, but no one has contacted me.It’s now 1/23, and I still haven’t heard from anyone. Please be cautious—this business seems to have very questionable practices. They promised they would be available 24/7, but that clearly doesn’t apply if you change your mind. Very disappointing experience.

We loved the presentation, they are very good at selling, they dont pressure and the website they use is very different from the one youll get access to, a fake one sadly for presentations.We have never been able to book anything, the prizes with 3rd party companies are impossible to use and we are so upset we fell for it.We asked for some resorts and they showed it to us in the presentation and we got home, waited the 45 days for our logging and not even those cities are even listed (they show you Bora Bora and amazing places during the presentation)Very sad! They promised to be different but at the end it is a scam like most of the timeshares. Please dont fall for it, we think about our families and the quality time well be having but save your money and travel when you can, well be paying finding for a way to escape and without those promised vacations. Trust your gut!! If it sounds too good to be true it is!!

Free Vacation? Thats probably why you came here. I knew going into it that it was a timeshare gimmick. However, I didnt expect how hard it would be to get the free vacation outside of the presentation itself. The timeshare presentation itself wasnt hard to get through, but the third party service they use to redeem your free vacation is abhorrent. After months of back and forth with the third party, they forced us to upgrade or we wouldnt get our cruise. Were still waiting for our port fees/taxes refund with that third party (we paid an extra $298 in port fees/taxes for our free cruise). Keep in mind, we went to the timeshare presentation LAST YEAR. Waste of time back and forth with the third party company, and a waste of time to listen to the timeshare presentation. Save your time, its not worth it.

Promise verses delivery. After paying a $50 deposit and completing a hour and a half presentation. I was promised a free trip. Everything Seemed to go smoothly until I attempted to register trip. I registered trip then the website advised me I would have to wait 3-5 business days for them to activate it. The bonus trip wouldn’t even allow me to activate, customer service provided me with an email. The worst part of all is the actual stipulations the trip requires a $250 deposit plus you need to book at least 60 days in advance. In combination with the gas plus time, as well fees it is not worth it.

This was a great experience and unlike anything I thought it would be. Zandrea was our host and she did awesome. If you got it in you and vacation allot I highly recommend giving them a listen.

Every positive review is by a person who works at this facility.My fiancé and I signed up for a potential free cruise at the wedding expo here in Houston - all we had to do was pay $50 to essentially make sure we would show up to the presentation. We watched a presentation (which included skewed numbers) by a presenter who used psychology to manipulate the people watching. It took about 3 hours of our time, and we fully understood this was not a scheme we wanted to play into. They promised us our money back and a free cruise - even though we didnt sign up. They gave us a prepaid card to cover our $50. The only catch is having to mail in a fee and the requested cruise option. Once home, I saw that the cruise company is overflowing with one-star reviews on the BBB website informing potential victims that it is a scam. I also discovered that our prepaid card has been registered to someone else - effectively meaning they have stolen from us. Currently I am seeking legal counsel to determine appropriate recourse, but in the meantime I recommend everyone avoid this place.

THIS IS A SCAM, please don’t do it. They get you to listen to their fraudulent lectures, make it look good and once you sign for it, you are in it. Myself and hubby joined last year april. We pay about 150dolls monthly and some annual fees, and maintenance fee, you won’t be able to use any of their resorts, I have been calling them that I want to quit, they make it seem impossible. I struggle to make payments that doesn’t yield any good. Please don’t trust them with your SSN. They are scam. I will be reporting this company. We are already working on it

I was at an event on Jan-3-2024 and a person came up to me saying that I just had to spin the wheel to receive a trip voucher. I did so after giving them some personal information and then he convinced me that I needed to pay 50usd to get my entrance to a 90min presentation where from there Id then receive my voucher. Since I didnt have the time to do my resarch for the company and they told me I couldnt sign up after the event I did so and then did my resarch after getting home.After checking all available soucers on the internet I decided that I do not want to go to this presentation and I regrett making this purchase. Since It has not been 24h yet and no service, product or anything else has been given to me Id like to have my 50usd credited back to my credit card.Ive tryed many times to contact the company in the morning after the ocurried but with no sucess.Next step is a BBB complain.

Our experience with this company has been terrible. No one knows their hours, not even the ones who are in the mall that they are located in. I have driven down several times within store hours and they have never been there. The phone number that is given is for a global hotline that is rerouted. And while the people themselves who were working the night that we actually had a meeting and met, someone were great, the actual companies follow through and actions and demeanor have been unprofessional and infuriating. What we paid for and worked for has been completely locked for over a year now, all because of not being able to physically meet company representatives or to get our purchased goods in the mail. Shameful. Absolutely shameful.

SCAM! Called me and did everything they could to get me to say yes or ok on the phone. When questioned about their 1.7 stars from BBB they said check google to my surprise was 2.3 stars. Guy got mad and quit talking to me just left me on the phone until I hung up. Don’t worry about listening to them.

I said I had 10 minutes, its stretched to almost 30.I asked specific questions. All evaded with the you wont pay a cent in office. IN OFFICE? So, I will be paying something for this? Still refused to answer....I asked about the deposit and the gift cards if you dont take the deal. Everyone I spoke with said that you dont pay a cent, and that they arent sure what the reviews are saying?You arent paying attention to your customers experiences, you wont tell me about these happy families that have joined and what their experiences are, but will gladly keep repeating your script...I asked for an email to confirm those details because I need a paper trail for EVERYTHING. They gave me a word doc that I, MYSELF, can edit and change anything I want around. This is so sad.Please dont waste your time with these guys. They want your time because its almost as valuable as your money, because they know in that moment theyre still getting paid while you sit there listening to them for free (or going to line their pockets).

Extremely rude staff!! Horrible customer service! The lady at the front was in a terrible mood when we arrived, she was even giving her own coworkers an attitude. We were told there would be a 90 min presentation with refreshments to receive the voucher, only to be taken to the back and be told that we were late and to leave. They overpromised and underdelivered.

I purchased vacation package from GEVC back at the end of April. I was very impressed with the quality of service and guidance to be able to take awesome affordable vacations. Just took my first trip to Galveston. The resort was awesome. I would recommend this vacation company to anyone. For the price of the package and the quality of the resort was outstanding. The lady that helped us with the paperwork process, Jennifer , was so helpful and knowledgeable about how to use the program. Definitely a 5 star experience.

Scam!!! Supposedly won an Orlando trip at Hurricane Harbor. Very disappointed they let those companies inside their water park. Once you are done with the meeting if you dont want to buy their package, they get you out real quick. $50 refund in a trucash does not work, and in order to book a free trip they want you to send a deposit of $340 in either a check, money order, or cashiers check. All the options mean there is no way of getting your money back. How can you trust them if they gave you a $50 card with no funds??? Dont waste your time.

Upon arrival for meeting that was suppose to start at 7:45 pm we sat for an half hour. That was an immediate bomber for me. The presentation was excellent and the keynote speaker was energetic. My only complaint was that he didn’t gravitate to the Black families. I saw him walk over and sit down with a White family and engage heavily in conversation with them. 90 minutes turned into bad customer service and take the exit door. John who showed us in was pleasant at the beginning and during the introduction, but sitting back down and meeting with Tim (the financial manager) I didn’t feel like our presence mattered anymore. Once I told Tim that what they were asking for was not in our budget this evening he became standoffish and walked away from the table. John however say with a look of disbelief and then showed us to the “Exit Door” as he stated. No more conversation afterwards. In all honesty if the sales rep would have shared a bit more information we would have been better prepared and would have been ready to make our purchase. Here it is Christmas... and January 1st is a matter of days away... sir, I’m going to pay my rent before I buy into a timeshare and become an owner.... no thanks for attending and literally had to ask for complimentary refreshments. If we would have had the upfront fees we would have definitely took part in ownership last evening, but there customer service sucks!!!

Got a call from 2 separate people/numbers from this place claiming I signed up for the chance to win a trip last year (I didn’t, very sus), and that I won a vacation but would have to come in person to hear a presentation to get a voucher for the trip. IMMEDIATE RED FLAG 🚩 I’ve dealt with timeshare nonsense in the past. It’s a SCAM. I asked them to remove my number from their call list, hung up and immediately blocked the numbers. Don’t fall for it.

I purchased a package from GEVC on August and it was indeed the best choice. I was very happy with the service and help from Mercedes, she help us to find the best option for us. Just took my first trip to Miami and the resort was awesome. I would recommend this vacation company to anyone. Definitely a 5 star experience.

If I can give a lower rating I would. The debit cards do not work regardless of how many times you have customer service reset it. The free trip has so many fees that its not free to go. I wouldnt waste my time. Im still angry I was scammed out of my $50. Sad thing is we were ready to purchase in cash after we saw the presentation but after the card not working and me looking up reviews and Facebook group I am thankful the card didnt work. This was my clue to look further into the company. Dont waste your time.

But youll ignore that just to get your free vacation, right? Wrong, another scam.Lets use Cancun as the example destination.So, youll now work with Casablanca Express. You have to mail in a refundable $100 deposit, later youll have to mail in your taxes for the vacation.If you can get ahold of the travel agents good luck, usually just ignore the calls as they have the numbers saved. So you may not get your vacation since itll take them too long to actually respond to you.Then, if you actually get it, your hotel is something like a motel 6, 35 minutes from the beach. Theyll book the cheapest possible flights, constantly bombard you to upgrade.If you choose not to upgrade, theyll inconvenience you with your vacation to the point you might as well.So a free vacation, may end up running you $1000-2000 depending on everything.This is ALL a scam.

It was all about getting your money. First I was thrilled at the idea, then there were too many people talking at the same time. They try to confuse you with numbers and then at the end stuff a bunch of paperwork in your face. I was told that the credit info was just to have on file but then after checking on my score (credit karma) they had done a HARD INQUIRY WITHOUT MY PERMISSION! I’d never recommend this place to anyone with common sense. Just pay for your vacation like the rest of us. They claim to be “cutting out the middle man” in reality they’re replacing the middle man. You still have to pay money for your trip and still have to book your stay and travel arrangements so just keep it simple. This place isn’t in it for you contrary to what they say. It’s almost a scheme.

I’ve never been to a timeshare presentation beforehand but I’m glad my first time will be my last time. I couldn’t have picked a better person to help me and my wife. Mike took his time helping us and even though we went straight to the presentation room afterwards he walked with us to the restroom and was super hospitable. The value speaks for itself and we look forward to going to Cancun!

What a scam! We bought into this years ago. We paid off the amount they charged us up front and now each year they continue to bill us maintanence fees, I called in to cancel and they required i pay the fees again to be able to cancel my membership I did so and filled out the paperwork they sent me and sent it back. I did not hear anything from them for two years and now have another bill. They claim they never received my paperwork and now they want me to pay for two years again in order to get their paperwork to cancel again! Talk about a scam! If I could give them negative stars I would - not to mention everything that was sold to us up front was a lie as well. Stay FAR AWAY from anything to do with this company

Im out 8K and cannot find a single vacation available that we would like to take. They tell you, get up to 60% off hotels, airfare etc. I find the same deals through Kayak and other booking sights. There are no sweet deals. I am embarrassed to say my wife was right and I was wrong. She saw through the BS. I considered standing outside their business with a sign saying to stay away, but would have probably been arrested.At this moment I am searching for vacations using multiple options and the prices at the Holiday Inn Riverwalk in San Antonio are more than when I book on my own. Im looking for a family vacation for us and no rooms are avail bigger than a 2 person for the 10k points you get. I would love to cancel my membership right now.

Worst purchase ever!!!! We got it in 2019 and then the pandemic hit. Despite travel restrictions we still had to pay them even though we couldnt go anywhere. I would never recommend this service. The tour and everything shows so mane perks but isnt what you actually get.

This is a total scam they get you for 50 dollars thinkin ur winning this vacation to Orlando for u and ur kids, but tell u ur going to get refunded with some fake visa cards that have absolutely nothing on them and waste ur gas, Houston stay far far away from these people.

I went to a Skeeters game and signed up for a 50 dollar vacation. All I had to do was sit through a group presentation and they gave me a cruise for me and my wife. We are scheduled to go in November. Thank you for the trip and the info at the presentation. We look forward to traveling the world with our membership.

This is a horrible investment....I wish I could sell it ASAP. The monthly fees are around 135 and the annual maintenance is about 375. These ppl only are money hungry. Properties charge you an entire vacation price for all inclusive. The properties are of poor quality. Basically you are buying points. It is not worth the headache. I usually dont give reviews this blunt but this is awful. An during COVID these ppl want money any way they can get it. Look into Limitless Vacations.....no monthly fees only one small annual fee, one free week annually at your home property. You can cancel anytime. They will see if they can buy this mess out but its so poor quality they refused it from me....smh. Shame on GEVC.

I don’t usually give reviews out but I had such a great experience that I have to share, first the staff was very welcoming and not pushy , they answered all of my questions, also the program itself was very convenient I love that I can finally take my 3 boys and my wife around the world

They will try to get your personal info and scam you. They want to make you sit thru a 90 minute presentation and want you to buy something. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is!

Received a call. The person was so rude. Would not tell me anything about them. Only said they needed to know if I was married, single, or had a partner. I was looking at their site asking questions that they refused to answer without me telling them if we lived together or if I lived alone.
