Th3 Escape Boutique Hotel

It is hard to put into words how relaxing my monthly visit to this complex. The styling on each units puts you in a relaxing environment. All the units come everything you need for either a short visit to an extended vacation. The unit location makes getting to all the events so easy from NRG, museums, and the great downtown area. If you’re coming to Houston Th3 Escape is where you should stay.

Extremely dissatisfied. 3 days after our lease began, while still moving in, we noticed that our unit smelled strange. We called the landlord & he admitted to running an ozone machine in the adjacent unit to remove smoke odor. O3 is toxic and not safe for occupied residences. We ended our lease and they didnt return the pet fee and charged us a cheating fee without explanation. Pictures attached are how we left the apartment (unit 2). I strongly discourage anyone from staying here. The owner doesnt understand safety and will put your health or possibly life at risk.

Great stay at Th3 Escape over the weekend. We enjoyed the place, it has everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the location which wad convenient to so many cool places to visit in Houston.

The Escape was an escape from my real life for over two months. As a fellow of Project Row Houses and new to Houston it was delightful to be greeted with the most scrumptious and thoughtful gift basket. The staff was always attentive, helpful and hospitable. I was given amazing suggestions of where to eat, go and the 411 on Houston and most specifically the Third Ward where the owner grew up. I had a fantastic time and will definitely be back. All the rooms were well appointed and fun with their eclectic themes. The Third Ward is a gourmet Mecca with Turkey Leg Hut, Crumbville, Sparkles Hamburger Spot, Reggae Hut, Frenchys Chicken, and Rays BBQ Shack to name some highlights. You are centrally located, next to Museum District, Midtown, and Montrose so less $10 to Uber most places. As a woman I felt self and met some cool neighbors too. Highly recommend.

Let’s say first , the owner was very friendly and responded in a timely matter and helped ease myMind while I was under stress about getting there on top of that .. the aesthetics were beautiful ,Modern and cozy … the location is literally in the perfect spot , everything I had planned was no more than 5 minutes away !!! I would definitely recommend , and I will be back again

Stayed here as an AirBnB. The host was accommodating to me checking in and everything but this place is not worth the money. Let’s first talk about the location and it being called a boutique hotel. Seems like false advertising a bit. We moved between two different units and one had a ridiculously bad smell and no AC. In the new unit, there were fixtures falling off in the bathroom, extremely small uncomfortable love seat that was supposed to be a couch, and not that clean. Dirty shower curtain. We had to go get our own cleaning supplies and were still charged a cleaning fee. We drew the line and checked out early when we were kept up all night by what sounded like rodents in the ceiling or walls scratching and gnawing all night. Seems like a money grab for the owners.

My parents loved staying at th3 Escape! They had so much space to relax after exploring all of the museums and attractions in Houston. Centrally located, it was so easy to get around and we were happy about the complimentary parking. We highly recommend this stay.

Staying at Th3 Escape Boutique Hotel was a pleasant experience. The room is clean, cozy and comfortable. You can feel the care for clients even in the smallest details. Very nice. The room has everything you need for life. Thank you for the pleasant time we spent at your hotel)

Stayed here over the weekend for a getaway by myself and I must say it definitely is a super cute place!. Had a few hiccups with some things but the host was pretty quick to respond and get those things taken care of! It was clean, the bed was pretty comfortable, which is a plus!One thing I will say is location is a little iffy at night..I had people parked out front just blaring their explicit music with the base shaking the windowsFor me, I am a pretty easy person but for some and I waited it out. Everything I was doing was near by.The site kept saying there was a guest book and things like that, however I never found that, but that is ok.Parking... There is definitely 1 spot per unit, however there is not plenty of street parking... you would have to park way down the street for that.OVERALL, I would still recommend this place, but the price is a bit steep for size and the community it is located in...

This place was beautiful and very clean. It was close to everything which was a plus, we loved the wall where we could take pictures 😍We will definitely be booking again the next time we are in Houston.

I stayed at The Escape Boutique Hotel for 2 months. I enjoyed every moment. I stayed in the music unit. Its nicely decorated with musical memorabilia and instruments. I was tempted to buy a reed and play the clarinet in the bathroom.Its a convenient location, quiet neighborhood, low traffic area and walking galore. I found a nice bakery and coffee shop 50yrds away from the unit. Definitely a winner of youre looking for an Airbnb without the gotcha fear. The gotcha here is rest and relaxation.

This place was actually nicer than we expected. Dont ever judge a book by its cover. This little jewel is actually a really nice stay and very quiet. Host is amazing and accommodated us with no problems. I will be booking here again.

The Escape is amazing. The host was very responsive. Great accommodations, very comfortable and clean. It had everything we needed and the recommendations of things to do in the area was very helpful since we were from out of town. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay, the space was clean and big enough for 2 people.. We definitely will be looking to book this air b n b again. The communication with the host was on point and it’s not too far from club area.

Th3 Escape is in a great location that is central to almost anywhere you would need to get to in Houston. There are 8 separate units so the place is not crowded but still allows you to choose a unit to your liking as each one has its own theme. The owner is very responsive and professional.

This place is too expensive with a dog fee on top of it…. It is not in excellent shape… then the owner tried to charge me for damages that were already there and/or should have been covered under the pet fee that was too much…

Im a traveling remote worker and Ive stayed at The Escape multiple times over the years.First, Internet. Its really good! I have a mobile hotspot for when I stay somewhere with poor Internet connection and speeds. Never once had to use it as The Escape! I do video calls, conference calls, and VPNing for work stuff. Ill note the rooms do have a small table/desk that can fit a laptop and a moderate size second monitor if you have one.Location. Its a smidge over2 miles to get downtown! Uber rides are often $5 to wherever Im going downtown or central Houston! If youre going anywhere in/around the 610 loop, its not going to be far from here!Food/Entertainment. Theres a guide on the rooms with recommendations. I know Houston well so arrogantly didnt use the guide (LoL), but I ran into the owner/host and he recommended some new spots I hasnt heard of, and omg, they were amazing!!! (Try ChopnBlock, 2 miles away!). Theres a coffee shop called Doshii 1 block away that I grabbed coffee, a muffin and breakfast taco from every morning.The Space. Units are 1 bedroom fully furnished. Beds are comfy enough, pots, pans and all dishes I needed. Even a filter water jug in fridge. Bathroom has toiletries stocked too. Its honestly better than most hotels in terms of stuff available. I must say, I LOVE the show cubby by the front door with a bench so I dont track dirt/mud from shoes inside.Overall, I have stayed here multiple times and will continue to anytime Im in Houston. The only thing I didnt like is pretty niche: it was hard for me to connect my Nintendo switch via HDMI to the TV because HDMI outlets are hard to reach behind the TV. I got it done, but afraid one day Ill break something (the TV, my Switch, or my arm! LoL). 5 stars!
